Day 1: Fly from the UK to Italy, meet your Tour Manager at the airport, and transfer by coach to your hotel in Lake Garda.
Day 2: Enjoy a day at leisure to take a stroll by the lake, watch the world go by from a cafe, discover your resort's shops and boutiques or simply relax in the comfort of your hotel.
Day 3: Join us aboard boat and coach for a Grand Circular Tour of Lake Garda. The perfect way to take in the area's exceptional scenery, the tour offers an insight into the many faces of lake life - the mountains of the northern shore, the citrus and olive groves of the west and the fjord-like east. On the journey back to your hotel, you'll visit Garda itself and Bardolino - a name you'll probably recognise for its famous red wine. Day 4: Head into the dramatic Dolomite Mountains north east of Lake Garda today. This full-day trip includes visits to towering Marmolada and Canazei in the mountain's shadow, Val Rendena, the huge Adamello Glacier, the Brenta Dolomites and pretty Val di Genova. Make sure you take the optional cablecar ride - the views are absolutely outstanding.
Day 5: Spend a day relaxing at your hotel and in the resort. Revisit your favourite cafe, relax at the water's edge or explore further afield.
Day 6: Today you’ll visit the thoroughly charming city of Verona, on the banks of the River Adige. The city's historic centre and monuments fashioned in pink marble draw visitors from all over the world. And among its outstanding sights you'll find the best-preserved Roman amphitheatre in Italy, famed the world over for its summertime opera festival. The sweeping Piazza Bra is crowded with people watching the world go by from a seat in one of the many pavement cafés, the colourful market on ancient Piazza delle Erbe bustles with life, while nearby the maze of 13th-century streets is redolent with a sense of troubled history, chronicled in Shakespeare’s tale of star-crossed lovers. After another marvellous day you’ll return to Garda’s shores.
Day 7: Discover the water-city - Venice. Wander the city's maze-like alleys and take a short boat ride on its network of waterways. Gaze across St Mark's Square to its magnificent basilica and bell tower, and see the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge, the Palace of Prisons and the Bridge of Sighs.
Day 8: Say a fond farewell to your resort, and to the shining waters of Lake Garda, as you return to the airport and check in for your flight home at the end of your Lake Garda, Venice and Verona experience.
